A WildID is a digital ID. Technobabble aside, a digital ID is simply something that identifies you in the digital world (read that 'Internet'.) Like any ID, it contains information that proves you are you. But unlike a normal ID, the digital version can also protect your privacy. Does that sound conflicted or what? Just stay with us, and we'll explain. With your WildID, you can encrypt any e-mail you need to keep private. Today, most e-mail exchanged over the Net is sent in an open, unprotected format. This means that your e-mail can be intercepted and read by anybody without you knowing about it. Bummer! But if someone intercepts your encrypted message, they won't know how to unscramble and read it. Cool!
